LB Lash Academy offers a small number of carefully designed lash training courses, delivered one-to-one or in very small groups (maximum of two students).

Whether you’re completely new to lashes or ready to refine and advance your skills, training is structured to give you clarity, confidence and the support you need to grow — without rushing or overwhelm.

How Training Works at LB Lash Academy

All training at LB Lash Academy is delivered one-to-one or in very small groups (maximum of two students) and follows a clear, structured syllabus.

Each course is taught in full — particularly the Foundation Lash Training, where every beginner is guided through all core aspects of professional lash application. Nothing is rushed, skipped or diluted.

Before booking, we'll have a short conversation to confirm which level of training is right for you — whether that’s Foundation, Refresher or Advanced / Volume training, so you start in the right place with confidence.

All courses are fully accredited and insurance-approved, and include ongoing support after training.

Training Pathways

  • Foundation Lash Training (Beginner Course)

    This is the most popular course and the starting point for anyone new to eyelash extensions.

    Designed for complete beginners, the Foundation course focuses on:

    • Lash fundamentals and safe application
    • Lash health, isolation and placement
    • Understanding products and tools
    • Building confidence to work on real clients
    • A strong, professional foundation you can build on.

    Training is delivered in a calm, supportive environment with plenty of time to practise, ask questions and

  • Refresher & Confidence Training

    For lash artists who are already qualified but:

    • feel unsure about technique
    • struggle with consistency or retention
    • lack confidence working on clients

    Refresher training is tailored to you, focusing on the areas where you feel stuck and helping you rebuild confidence and clarity in your work.

    This is ideal if you’ve trained elsewhere but want stronger foundations or more personalised support.

  • Volume & Advanced Lash Training

    Advanced training is designed for experienced lash technicians ready to:

    • progress into volume lashes

    • refine technique and control

    • improve speed, structure and consistency


    Training focuses on understanding why techniques work, not just how to replicate them — helping you produce reliable, high-quality results with confidence.


All Foundation courses include a complete professional starter kit - no hidden extras, no pressure purchases.

Bespoke One-to-One Training.

If you don’t fit neatly into a course category, bespoke one-to-one training may be the right option.

This allows training to be completely personalised around your experience, goals and areas for improvement.

Ongoing Support After Training

Training doesn’t end when the course finishes.

All students receive long-term follow-up support, with guidance available whenever it’s needed — whether that’s troubleshooting, refining technique or building confidence as you begin working on clients.

Support may include technique feedback, retention troubleshooting or confidence support as you begin working on clients. There are no fixed cut-off points for support.
